Three-way T with Cover

A three-way T galvanised steel conduit box. These boxes are commonly used to divide the electrical supply to different fittings.

The open box has holes in the back for cable entry and mounting to a surface. The closed box has no mounting holes and can be held against surface - wall or ceiling - using saddle clips on the conduit tube attached to the boxes. Or used 'freestanding' - the wiring in the box cannot be accessed unless the cover is removed.
