The Factorylux galvanised conduit lights were launched in July 2016 and have now been installed in a range of high profile projects.
The most recent project featuring the lights is the refurbishment of Bowers Mill in Barkisland, West Yorkshire, a historic woollen and worsted mill. The mill has been transformed into a stylish event space.
The conduit swan neck (or goose neck) wall lights come in a range of configurations. The conduit swan necks come in three lengths small (with a 300mm projection), medium (365mm projection) and large (430mm projection). Once you've chosen the swan neck, there is a choice of:
five metal lamp shades - in a range of genuine vitreous enamel finishes and metallic finishes;
three glass lamp shades - two designs, in clear and opal glass;
an industrial acorn-style lantern; and
no lamp shade - for a sparse 'bare light bulb' look
The Bowers Mill project used the 360mm Industrial Lamp Shades in black genuine vitreous enamel fitted to the long swan neck. The fittings were installed to create a striking row of lights on the bare internal brick work pillars between the windows. All the galvanised conduit lights are hand built at our production HQ in Yorkshire and individually tested and certified to BS EN 60598. Because the base is a standard 20mm conduit box, the lights are easy to install to either surface mounted wiring in conduit or wiring chased into the mounting surface. The lights are provided completely wired with WAGO connectors for quick and easy connection to the supply. Choose your galvanised conduit light here. If you want to install the light externally, there is also an external swan neck light which has a reduced range of options, but all of them are IP23 rated - or rainproof to para 9.2.4 of BS EN 60598.
